We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the cleanliness of the rooms, availability of hotel facilities, and helpful staff with good English skills. The location is close to the city centre and just a few subway stops away from the train station. We found the hotel to have an excellent value/price ratio and enjoyed the many places to eat and drink in the area.

The room was decently sized and the view was beautiful. We liked that there were many eateries nearby. It was easy to navigate to other parts of the city from here.
The area felt shady and uncomfortable for a romantic escape. There were many people drinking and stumbling around, which ruined the vibe.

The hotel is located in a bustling area with numerous convenience stores, cafes, and eateries around the corner. the city center is just a few minutes away on foot. the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. the bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower area. the staff are friendly and helpful, and there are many facilities available.
The hotel is not very child-friendly, and the area it is in is known as an entertainment district which may not be suitable for families with little ones.

The hotel was situated in a lively area with plenty of convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants. It was really convenient that we could easily walk to many tourist sites. Our room was spacious and clean, and the shower area was a standout feature with both a tub and a sitting shower area.
The location was a bit sketchy, with many drunken men around. As a solo female traveler, it made me uncomfortable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in central Sapporo and I must say, it was a perfect stay. The location was ideal, with Susukino station just a short walk away and plenty of convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was impressive, with new and shiny facilities and surprisingly spacious rooms. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, and I especially enjoyed the accessible room I was given. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even fulfilling a special request I had. Despite being located in an entertainment district, I felt safe during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and convenient location.
